Illustrator is perhaps king of the hill, while Corel Draw! is much more accessible for average humans, & includes loads of artwork & templates. Vector graphics are harder to work with, create, & edit, & vector graphics apps have seen a bit of a decline in popularity since their smaller graphics/image file sizes became much less of an issue years ago. More sober themes like you'd expect at work are usually part of or available for the apps you'd use at work, like Office. In my experience & FWIW graphics/imaging pros are not going to use templates, so most graphics apps that include them are going to be more consumer oriented, meaning themes more appropriate for grandma & grandpa than any office. Just a quick note in case it helps those looking for more pro-type results.
